Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-12 years post-qualifying legal experience
Admitted to the Singapore Bar
Experience in complex commercial transactions
Strong negotiation skills for legal documents
Deep understanding of Singapore law and compliance
Nice-to-have
Experience with Gen/Agentic AI or SaaS transactions
Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement
Background in IT services vendor legal groups
Innovative mindset unconstrained by traditional methods
Ability to train and guide other legal team members
Key Requirements
Minimum 8-12 years post-qualifying experience
Must be admitted to the Singapore Bar
Proven track record in technology transactional responsibility
