The Group Lead is responsible for ensuring the Simulator Center remains fully operational and compliant with DGCA regulations, international standards, and internal compliance requirements.
Accountable for the technical task coordination within FSTD Technical Support operations, ensuring all engineering and technical activities for maintenance are carried out as per the maintenance schedule and TDM recommendations.
The role requires exemplary team and people management skills, deep expertise in maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance related to Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs) and its operations.
