Job Summary

• The VP, Enterprise Incident and Crisis Management is responsible for coordinating with all corporate functions and business units in their preparedness, response, and lessons learned pertaining to all events that present disruption to operations.
• This role involves developing and implementing enterprise event management strategies and response plans, coordinating and training with various stakeholders across the enterprise, and overseeing the escalation process to address and resolve complex challenges quickly and effectively.
• Prudential offers a competitive salary range of $205,600.00 to $308,300.00, market competitive base salaries with yearly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and a company-funded pension plan.
