  • 7+ years of experience in incident management, crisis management
  • 4+ years of experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and operations
  • 4+ years of experience with incident management tools and frameworks
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
