Proficiency with REDCap or Qualtrics survey software
Experience managing multiple research projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel in-state occasionally overnight
Ability to work variable hours including nights and weekends
Nice-to-have
Experience conducting research with incarcerated persons
Knowledge of posttraumatic stress interventions
Sensitivity when working with vulnerable populations
Strong Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Qualitative coding and transcription skills
Key Requirements
Level I: Bachelor's plus 3 years human subjects behavioral research experience
Level II: Bachelor's plus 3 years experience with demonstrated functional proficiency
Level III: Bachelor's plus 5 years experience with demonstrated functional proficiency
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States required
Must be able to drive for in-state travel
