Must-have

  • 10+ years leading large-scale multi-disciplinary programs
  • Experience managing cost-reimbursable programs
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures and DevSecOps
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree plus 15 years experience

Nice-to-have

  • SAFe SA or SPC certification
  • PMP or PgMP certification
  • Experience operating across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS
  • Experience with Zero Trust and RMF authorization processes
  • Disruptive mindset refusing to fail

Key Requirements

  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's + 15 years OR Master's + 13 years experience
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise IT systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
  • Operating within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks
