Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain the highest quality of care.
• The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
• The position requires active participation in training programs, quality assurance, infection control, and emergency response to ensure resident safety and compliance with facility policies.

• Current active LPN/LVN license
• CPR certification
• Nursing degree or approved LPN/LVN program graduate
• Knowledge of nursing laws and regulations
