  • The Manager of Workplace Violence and Threat Management is responsible for leading the strategic and operational programs that identify, assess, and mitigate threats impacting employees, facilities, and business operations.
  • This role develops and oversees a comprehensive workplace violence prevention framework; manages threat assessment processes; partners closely with HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and leadership; and ensures the organization meets legal, regulatory, and industry best‑practice standards.
  • The leader in this role will bring strong expertise in behavioral threat assessment, crisis management, and employee safety.

Key Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 8 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • 5–8+ years experience in workplace violence prevention, corporate security, behavioral threat assessment, law enforcement, or related domain
  • Demonstrated experience conducting threat assessments
  • Professional certifications strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel 25%
