The Manager of Workplace Violence and Threat Management is responsible for leading the strategic and operational programs that identify, assess, and mitigate threats impacting employees, facilities, and business operations.
This role develops and oversees a comprehensive workplace violence prevention framework; manages threat assessment processes; partners closely with HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and leadership; and ensures the organization meets legal, regulatory, and industry best‑practice standards.
The leader in this role will bring strong expertise in behavioral threat assessment, crisis management, and employee safety.
