This role involves leading a team of 4-5 direct reports including recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and specialists to build the operational engine for hiring.
The successful candidate will own the ATS workflows, specifically migrating from Greenhouse to Ashby, and build real-time analytics dashboards for pipeline health.
You will partner closely with Finance on headcount planning and enforce strict process standards such as 48-hour stage movement and 24-hour interview feedback.
