Job Summary
This position will be partnering with our GET (Growth Experience Technology) organization, helping leaders translate business strategy into sustainable organizational outcomes.
As a Senior PBP, you will be expected to think ahead of the business, diagnose root causes, frame complex people and organizational issues, and recommend integrated, forward-looking solutions.
You will also represent the PBP community in strategic initiatives and help elevate how People & Places work is delivered across the organization.
