Job Summary
This is a training position with direct oversight by a licensed Precepting Administrator to identify the roles and responsibilities of the AIT in a Long-Term Facility.
Assists in analyzing the various operations within a nursing facility, acts as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families and outside community, and compiles and develops reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses.
The position is responsible for assisting in managing and overseeing multiple levels of employees either directly or indirectly, including hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems and terminations.
