Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Perform lifting turning and transporting residents
Document care on flow sheets and charts

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Assist residents with food arrangements and intake
Observe and report skin breakdowns proactively
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
