Job Summary

• The Graduate Assistant for Student Engagement supports the Director of Student Engagement and Assistant Dean for Student Engagement in advising and managing student involvement and activities, with an intentional focus on student leadership development, learning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Through supervised, hands-on practice, the Graduate Assistant serves as an advisor and liaison to student clubs and organizations, supporting registration, budgeting, event planning, risk management, and leadership training while promoting student autonomy and inclusive leadership practices.
• This position is anticipated to begin in August 2026 and end in May 2027, working 20 hours per week on a variable schedule with frequent evening and weekend work required.
