Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems within the facility, ensuring optimal building operations, safety compliance, and leading a team of technicians and contractors to maintain critical infrastructure systems.
  • Monitor, operate, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems including UPS and generator functions, and perform and oversee preventive maintenance tasks.
