  • Lead innovation projects involving multifunctional teams following UL Project Management Framework guidance (Innoflex), delivering service level targets (OTIF) and clear communication among stakeholders and interfaces.
  • Assure Risk&Opps evaluations and updates along project development phases, with clear communication and influencing Gantt adjustments and respective action plans developed within multifunctional team discussions.
  • Lead post-launch evaluation to evaluate adherence to plan KPIs and continuous improvement actions plans accordantly.
