The mission is to be responsible for the economic-financial and administrative management of the assigned contract, ensuring budgetary control, resource optimization, and reliable information generation for decision-making, guaranteeing profitability and regulatory compliance.
Key functions include budget planning and control, managing purchases and suppliers, handling invoicing and collections, analyzing risks, overseeing internal controls, managing management systems and reporting, and coordinating the administrative team.
