This twelve (12) month post-graduate educational training program aims to equip residents with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become highly qualified independent practitioners capable of delivering exceptional patient care.
Residents will be responsible for providing pharmacy services, including monitoring patient medication regimens and making appropriate interventions, while actively participating in rotation activities and multidisciplinary meetings.
