Job Summary

  • Provide unsolicited technical and medical information to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers across the KANZ region in English or Korean.
  • Responsible for onboarding customers to preferred Pfizer channel platforms and serving as the voice of customers to simplify and improve processes.
  • May contribute to content creation, participate in MI projects, and support training of team members and PCO colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in Medical Information
