Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for establishing enterprise-wide standards for advanced AI, ML, and data science rigor, defining measurement frameworks, and quantifying the business impact of all analytics and AI initiatives across Commercial Analytics.
  • The position will require 15% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/or international) and is located at the East Hanover, NJ site with no remote work option.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Data Science or related field or bachelor’s with 10+ years experience
  • 10+ years experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development
  • 5+ years leadership experience setting AI/ML standards in pharma or healthcare
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical analytics and regulatory environment
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication skills
