Job Summary

  • This role leads the design, development, simulation, and validation of electric powertrain controls for mobile applications within Caterpillar's Electrification & Energy Solutions division.
  • The successful candidate will manage a team of 8-10 engineers, oversee multi-generational product plans, and ensure technical leadership across NTI, NPI, and CPI program phases.
