Job Summary
This role is responsible for shaping solutions, leading client engagements, and supporting the sales cycle through technical expertise across ServiceNow and Freshworks platforms.
The successful candidate will create pursuit kits, develop repeatable Proof of Value engagements, and design migration playbooks for transitions from legacy ITSM systems.
Key performance indicators include influencing Total Contract Value, achieving win rates on PoV projects, and generating qualified pipeline through active client meetings and demos.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow platform
Proven track record in pre-sales and solution architecture
Experience creating PoVs, accelerators, and migration playbooks
Ability to articulate business value and ROI of ESM solutions
Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger
Nice-to-have
Experience with BMC Helix, Freshworks, and Cherwell platforms
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Ability to lead workshops and shape solutions collaboratively
Active participation in marketing events and industry forums
Feedback provision to product and marketing teams
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years prior experience in consulting or professional services
ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS, and CTA
Baseline security clearance required
Experience with ITSM platforms including Freshworks, BMC Helix, and Cherwell
