Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or MST certification strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
  • Mix of Big 4 public accounting and in-house experience
  • Hands-on experience with ASC 805 purchase accounting
