Key Requirements
Baccalaureate Degree, Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Diploma RN
3 or more years of RN experience
Current BLS certification
Valid Registered Nursing license

Certified Case Manager (CCM) or American Case Management (ACM) certification
