Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Machine Learning or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven people management of technical research teams
  • Hands-on expertise in LLMs and post-training methods
  • Experience with RLHF, DPO, instruction tuning, and PPO
  • Strong background in experimental design and evaluation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience operating in an AI research lab environment
  • Background in human-in-the-loop systems and preference learning
  • Familiarity with large-scale training infrastructure and compute costs
  • Domain knowledge in AECO, Manufacturing, or Media & Entertainment
  • Track record of shipping production-ready AI systems
