Job Summary

  • You will help evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures and start-ups in current and new business.
  • You will participate in and manage aspects of transaction execution including project management, due diligence and valuation, working closely with business teams, internal functional experts, and outside advisors to support execution.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
