Job Summary

  • The North America Specialty Reserving Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of analysts on the team with the responsibility of coordinating and reviewing the reserving process and results for North America Specialty.
  • This key role will be highly visible, as you will have the opportunity to interact with and advise senior management.

Key Requirements

  • BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • FIA or FCAS preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial lines
  • Experience of reviewing and managing reserving processes
  • Experience of setting reserves
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively across disparate stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
