Job Summary

  • Provide robust strategic, operational, and budgetary support to the Specialty Care Medical Affairs organization, ensuring alignment, efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Lead efforts in developing 3-5 year US SC Medical Affairs Vision, Strategy & Goals, and drive change and transformations to resolve complex challenges.
  • This position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program, with comprehensive benefits.
