The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal standards, and guidelines to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop discharge plans, and manage medication administration including narcotics and automatic stop orders.

Must-have
Night shift 6p to 6a schedule
Supervise nursing assistants daily
Administer medications and treatments
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Ensure compliance with federal regulations

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Ability to handle difficult residents tactfully
Experience with PCC software preferred
Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or nursing degree
