  • Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring reference materials are current, and making reports to the Director.
  • The role requires ensuring sufficient licensed and certified nursing staff availability, developing work assignments, delegating authority, and monitoring staff performance and compliance with policies.
