Job Summary

  • Drive the development and maturation of new manufacturing technologies and processes, progressing them through Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRL) and Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) to ensure readiness for production implementation.
  • Lead efforts to transform the Advanced Manufacturing Processes Laboratory into a cutting-edge Industry 4.0 testing and development space, integrating smart manufacturing technologies and digital capabilities.
  • Manage the integration and development of AI-enabled manufacturing technologies, including robotic/AI pilot initiatives to enhance process capability, consistency, and productivity.
