Job Summary
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives, taking the maintenance process to a next level to ensure the perfect customer experience at the POS.
Drive retail presence in all channels, ensuring premium and brand compliant presentation and communication through retail fixtures, and analyze existing maintenance/merchandise processes for expansion and improvement.
Collaborate closely with suppliers, field teams, KAMs, and internal departments like Marketing, Training, and Sales to improve processes, efficiency, and quality of output, while ensuring premium and brand compliant presentation.
