Provides directly and through delegation patient care for facility clients, maintaining knowledge of normal/abnormal parameters that identify clients at risk.
Ensures efficient delivery of healthcare services, completes and updates medical records, and prepares patients for examination by obtaining vital signs and chief complaint.
Assists with testing and treatment procedures under physician supervision, performs laboratory tests, and ensures all patient care areas and equipment are appropriately stocked and maintained.
