Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid RN License issued by State of Arkansas
12 months acute care hospital experience
6 months direct patient care in past year
Ability to pass pre-screening test with 80%
Work one major holiday and two weekend shifts
Nice-to-have
2 or more years of RN experience
Chemotherapy certification for Oncology units
Strong communication and computer skills
Experience with Intensive Care or Surgical Trauma
Collaborative teamwork in diverse healthcare environment
Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN)
Valid RN License from State of Arkansas
12 months experience in acute care hospital within past year
Proof of legal authority to work in United States
Pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
