Job Summary

  • Support with the drafting, negotiation of legal contracts, notices and maintenance of legal templates, legal clause libraries, and internal playbooks.
  • Track contracts through intake, review, approval, execution, and storage using contract lifecycle management (CLM) process and tools, ensuring version control and audit-ready records.
  • Support IP administration including tracking ownership, licences, and filings, maintaining required documentation, and coordinating with counsel and internal teams on instructions, deadlines, and submissions.
