Key responsibilities include overseeing insurance program governance, enhancing cluster communication and process harmonization, coordinating risk controls, and managing broker and insurer relationships.

Key Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate/Master's degree
Professional insurance qualification (AIII/FIII/ACII/FCII or equivalent)
7-10 years of corporate insurance experience
Experience with insurers, broking firms, or surveyors highly desirable
Strong understanding of corporate insurance programs and risk management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to represent the organization externally
Willingness to travel
Ability to operate in a multi-country, multicultural environment
