Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their comfort and safety, reporting changes in condition, and documenting care activities.
This role requires the ability to interpret instructions, solve practical problems, and work collaboratively with other personnel.
