Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medical preparations while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Experience with resident assessment and care plans
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills with residents and families
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compassionate approach to end-of-life care
Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
