Job Summary
You will be a senior testing leader within the Mondelēz International Digital & Technology organization, responsible for leading end-to-end quality assurance and testing activities across large-scale transformation programs, including the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning (EOP) platform rollout.
Define and own the end-to-end test strategy, test plans, and testing governance framework for large-scale ERP and planning transformation programs, including o9 Wave deployments across NALA, MEU, and AMEA.
Coach and mentor testing analysts and junior team members, fostering a quality-first culture across delivery teams.
