Job Summary

  • The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead the manufacturing engineering department to support production operations, driving continuous improvement and documenting processes critical to sustainable manufacturing performance.
  • Key responsibilities include leading the ME Team in driving Process Improvement Programs, identifying and installing Capex equipment, developing and tracking ROI on investments, and driving LEAN principles throughout the Operations department.
  • The company offers a small company feel with the resources of a large publicly traded company, delivering innovative packaged modular systems to data centers, power, and commercial/industrial utility system applications.

Key Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering

  • Relevant experience in a make to order/engineer to order project environment
  • Experienced in implementation and use of ERP systems
  • BS in Manufacturing or Industrial engineering, or equivalent
  • LEAN Manufacturing
  • Factory Acceptance Testing
