Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Controller in directing the activities of the Finance Department, including but not limited to the financial close, forecasting, and financial analysis functions.
Assist in preparing financial forecast(s) which will include financial analysis to support Revenue, Profit, Overhead expense, and land cashflow projections.
Ensures appropriate staffing to meet department needs, utilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent, and delegates work according to employee’s abilities and skills.
