Must-have

  • Current unencumbered PA nursing license
  • Active CPR BLS certification
  • 7-year clear criminal background check
  • 2-step PPD or equivalent health screening
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds up to 5 feet
  • Experience with Point Click Care preferred
