The Quality Engineer (QE) for Customer Engagement Campaigns is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and end‑to‑end quality of customer‑facing engagement campaigns.
This role focuses on test planning, test data management, execution of functional and regression testing, and documentation of test evidence across campaign lifecycles.
Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers, Builders, CDP Engineering, Analytics, and TDM teams to resolve quality issues and remove testing blockers.
