Salary
Base: $85,000-95,000 (DOE); Bonus/Equity: Bonus program included; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401K with match, PTO, paid holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BSME or BSMET degree required
2-4 years mechanical engineering experience
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Ability to read pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
Experience with Bills of Materials (BOM) creation
Nice-to-have
EIT (Mechanical) certification preferred
Project Management certificate a plus
Lean product development practices knowledge
Positive get-it-done attitude
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME/BSMET)
2-4 years of related field experience
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
EIT (Mechanical) preferred
Project Management experience or certificate
