Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
Minimum 3 years of Instructional Design experience
Experience with Instructor-led and eLearning formats
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and ISD
Nice-to-have
Financial Services background
Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
Basic video editing skills
Ability to learn emerging tools quickly
Collaborative team environment experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject
