The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family while directing nursing care provided by other team members.
The Main University Hospital OR is a Level 1 Trauma Center with 18 operating rooms specializing in Neuro, Ortho, OBGYN, Urology, Bariatrics, Plastics, Burns, and Stroke.
The team delivers high-quality, evidence-based care and is recognized with the 2025 Gold Plus Stroke Care award from the American Heart Association.
