Workday is seeking an Accounting & ESG Reporting Manager to play a key role in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting program while providing technical accounting guidance and operational accounting support to the broader Controllership organization.
Responsibilities include directly supporting the team’s mission to develop compliant, comparable, and reliable ESG disclosures, designing and implementing controls throughout the ESG reporting process, and serving as a trusted advisor and liaison between Controllership, Sustainability, Legal, and various other business functions.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $152,200 USD - $228,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $128,600 USD - $228,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
