Must-have

  • HBO or WO degree in Safety or related field
  • Years of relevant EHS work experience
  • Project management and improvement trajectory leadership
  • Knowledge of Enablon EHS systems
  • Ability to translate regulations into SOPs
  • Conducting risk analyses and root cause investigations

Nice-to-have

  • MVK or HVK certification
  • Industrial Hygiene knowledge
  • Strong persuasion skills to handle resistance
  • Proactive and structured working style
  • Experience with Bio Safety topics

Key Requirements

  • HBO or WO degree required
  • Several years of EHS experience
  • MVk or HVK certification preferred
  • Dutch and English language proficiency
