Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) via PTCB or NHA
  • Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy registration as CPhT, RPhT, or Trainee (Trainee status not allowed for hire)
  • Update OBOP status to Certified within six months if hired as Registered or Trainee
  • Six months of hospital experience (Preferred)
