Must-have

  • Three years or more relevant experience in supply chain
  • Two years or more managing direct reports
  • Excellent knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics operations
  • Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements
  • Ability to analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements

Nice-to-have

  • Wholesale logistics experience preferred
  • E-Commerce logistics experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and motivating skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills within diverse team environment
  • Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills

Key Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain
  • Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required
