Job Summary

  • Support and deliver recruitment and selection activities to provide the most qualified sales and keep the fulfillment of every branch of all distribution channels in order to achieve their business goals.
  • Execute AIA sourcing and recruitment methodologies and apply a variety of different selection methods and tools including competency based interviewing, psychometric testing and simulations.
  • Comply with legal and ethical practices relating to Indonesian employment law and legislation and applies and represents AIA Philosophy and Principals in all dealings.
