The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel functions, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply functions, care plan and assessment functions, and budget and planning functions.
The position requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
